Account Manager
Full-time | Permanent
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships, understanding their project needs, and ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish. No two days are the same. In this role, you’ll be:
- Quoting for clients and managing project enquiries
- Checking on job progress and resolving any issues
- Liaising with our technical team to ensure project milestones are met
- Using the CRM to track, update, and manage project workflows
- Visiting clients on-site to strengthen relationships and oversee developments
- Collaborating across teams to keep delivery on time and on budget
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Gain a deep understanding of client goals and utility requirements
- Act as the key communication link between clients and internal teams
- Contribute to new business through both inbound leads and outbound activity
- Manage quotes, proposals, and front-end admin via the CRM system
- Plan and organise multiple live jobs with attention to detail
- Negotiate pricing and timelines with clients
- Manage change effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Support continuous improvement through learning and collaboration
