Energy compliances & efficiency
Energy Performance Certificates
EPCs are a legal requirement for the sale, let or construction of most buildings in the UK. We provide accurate, accredited EPC assessments for commercial and residential properties. Fast turnaround, compliant with current regulations.
Display Energy Certificates

Energy Performance Certificate
Required for sale, let or construction of residential and commercial buildings. Minimum EPC rating of E required for most lettings, rising to C by 2027 for new tenancies under proposed MEES regulations.
Display Energy Certificate
Required annually for public buildings over 250m² and every 10 years for those over 1,000m² used by public authorities or frequently visited by the public.
Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme
Mandatory for UK organisations with 250+ employees or £44m+ turnover. ESOS Phase 3 compliance deadline passed in June 2024 — Phase 4 assessments must be completed by December 2028.
Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards
Current regulations require a minimum EPC rating of E for most commercial lettings. Proposed tightening to a minimum of C by 2027 and B by 2030 will affect a significant proportion of the commercial property market.
Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS)
