COMMUNITY IMPACT

Mental Health Support for Men in Sefton and Liverpool

Sean's Place

Our Finance Manager, Courtney will be running the York marathon in October for a fantastic charity, Sean’s Place.

Over the next 10 months, Courtney will be training to tackle a full 42K marathon, all to raise funds and awareness for Sean’s Place – an amazing local charity providing mental health support specifically for men.

As you know, mental health challenges have long been stigmatised, especially for men. Sean’s Place is doing incredible work to change that by encouraging positive discussions around mental health, in a non-clinical, non-judgemental setting through a variety of practical, proactive support and programmes. You can read more about Sean’s Place here.
Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference in the lives of men struggling with their mental health. You can contribute here.

You can keep updated with Courtney’s training over on her Strava.
Good luck Courtney!
