ConstructionLine Gold
The construction industry’s highest pre-qualification tier. Confirms we meet the most rigorous financial, compliance and quality checks. This is a required certification by many public sector and large commercial procurement teams.
CHAS
The UK’s leading health and safety pre-qualification scheme. Our CHAS accreditation is widely required by NHS Trusts, local authorities and large contractors as part of their supplier approval process.
SafeContractor
Our health and safety policies, procedures and documentation have been independently assessed and meet the standards required by major contractors, facilities managers and public sector clients.
Our delivery partner standards
NERS, GIRS & WIRS
As a utility facilitator, our role is to coordinate, manage and take responsibility for the delivery of your connections, not to carry out the physical works ourselves. The companies we appoint to do that work are specialists in their field, and every single one must hold the relevant utility network accreditation for the works they carry out.Â
National Electricity Registration Scheme
NERS is the scheme administered on behalf of UK Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). Only NERS-approved contractors can carry out new connections and alterations on the electricity network.
Every electrical contractor we appoint holds NERS accreditation. DNOs will not accept work from anyone who doesn’t.
Gas Industry Registration Scheme
GIRS is the recognised scheme for contractors delivering gas mains connections, diversions and reinforcements on behalf of UK gas network operators.
Every gas contractor we appoint holds GIRS accreditation. Gas network operators require this before approving any mains works.
Water Industry Registration Scheme
WIRS confirms that contractors working on public water mains are assessed, approved and working to the standards required by UK water authorities.
Every water contractor we appoint holds WIRS accreditation. Water authorities won’t adopt works carried out by non-approved contractors.

Pre-appointment check
Every contractor is verified for current accreditation status before being added to our network.
Documentation review
We hold copies of all relevant certificates and track renewal dates on our management system.
Performance scoring
Every contractor is scored internally on delivery, quality and communication after each project.
Ongoing review
Contractors are reviewed continuously. Those who don’t maintain our required standards are replaced.
