The scheme will restore a historically bomb-damaged land that has seen only partial use since the 1940s, transforming it into a new high-quality living space.
Due to its proximity to railway infrastructure and existing residential properties, the site presents complex planning and servicing challenges. Despite these constraints, our team is progressing well, delivering the new electric connections and helping bring this exciting residential project to life whilst minimising disruption.
