Connections2energy are delighted to be working alongside a valued client, delivering HV connections, an 800kVA substation, as well as cabling and riser installation for a new ten-storey, build-to-rent scheme in South Yorkshire.
The building will have a mixture of one and two-bed units in an eight-storey block and two 10-storey blocks, with basement car parking. It will also feature a rooftop garden, external courtyard, lounge, workstations for remote working, and a bookable meeting room that doubles as a movie room. The developers have incorporated a range of renewable features such as PV panels, battery storage, living walls, zinc roofs and heating systems.
