Brownfield: Infrastructure Present but Problematic
Brownfield sites arrive with an advantage: existing utility connections. Previous industrial or commercial use means electricity, water, gas, and telecommunications infrastructure are already present. Existing utilities on brownfield sites were designed for their previous use, not your intended development.
