Location: Leicester, United Kingdom
Scope of works: Multi-utility works, including gas, water and electric diversions to facilitate Section 278 works, disconnections, temporary electric supply, and new gas, water and electric connections.
Sector: Health & Social Care
Project: New 74-bed care home development
Connections2energy is proud to be supporting the development of a new 74-bed care home in Leicester, designed to provide dementia, respite, palliative, and elderly care. The modern facility will include en-suite rooms, landscaped gardens, a wellness centre, a cinema, a café, and a hair salon.
To facilitate construction, our team coordinated a full multi-utility package on behalf of the client, including gas, electricity, and water diversions to enable the new site entrance, new utility connections for gas, electricity, and water, as well as an electricity disconnection and a temporary power supply to support early-stage works. Our Major Projects Manager, Charlotte, and Technical Coordinator, Danielle, are managing the disconnections, diversions, and new utility connections on behalf of the client, ensuring minimal disruption and helping construction progress on time and in line with planning requirements.
