Connections2energy are delighted to work alongside this repeat client on their new project, a new youth centre for 9-19 year-olds, in Newham.
Connections2energy will be facilitating the gas and electric disconnections prior to demolition. A new two-storey building will replace the old one, requiring a temporary builders supply followed by a new 219kVA electric connection.
Situated in one of the most economically deprived areas within the borough, the purpose of rebuilding Shipman Youth Zone is to ensure that the council provides safe, warm and welcoming spaces for its young people and their families.
The zero-carbon building will include a range of amenities such as a sports hall, gym, music studio, computer suite and a crafts space.
We look forward to seeing this project completed and opened to the residents of Newham.
