Our Major Projects Manager, Charlotte and Delivery Team Leader, Nicola are delighted to have completed full multi-utility works for a valued client on their new project in Middlesbrough .
Works included:
New low-pressure gas service to terminate in a GC5 kiosk
New U65 LP gas meter, located externally in the new kiosk
New 50mm MDPE water connection with a 30mm meter
Disconnection of existing water connection
New 110kva electric connection and 3ph CT meter
The contemporary residential care home offers specialised care for dementia for up to 65 residents.
