Our Major Projects Manager, Charlotte is delighted to be working alongside a valued long-standing client on their next project, delivering full multi-utility to a new student accommodation block.
The former Leicester City Hotel will be converted into student living, including a café, gym and workspace. Previously a hotel, the building closed down in 2009 and has been derelict ever since. The new 470-bedroom building will be a valuable contribution to the ongoing regeneration of this area.
