Connections2energy is pleased to be collaborating with a valued client on their new project in Markham Vale. Markham Vale is a flagship 85-hectare business park with immediate access to the M1 motorway making it one of the UK’s premier logistics locations. It is home to a range of businesses, including Bilstein Group, which manufactures and distributes automotive parts, Granger International manufacturers of waterproof outdoor products and shoe care products, and Sterigenics, makers of sterile healthcare products.

Our client is working on a major extension, building 4 new units with strong sustainability credentials and an extensive landscaping plan to protect the existing river corridor, adding 5,700 new trees.

Our Business Development Manager, Andrea, will be facilitating 4 new commercial electric connections (540 kVA) and 4 new commercial water connections for the new units. In addition, a gas mains diversion is required to allow for the construction of a new site entrance.
