The scheme supports the expansion of a well‑known national hospitality operator, Wetherspoons, bringing additional footfall, local employment opportunities and a high‑quality venue to the area.

Our works included providing a new commercial gas connection to serve kitchen operations and heating systems, along with a significant water supply upgrade to meet the demands of a high‑capacity pub environment. Delivering these two critical utilities together ensures efficient coordination, reduced programme risk and clear communication throughout all phases of the build. By managing utilities as a single package, we helped keep the construction timeline aligned, avoided unnecessary roadworks duplication and minimised disruption to surrounding businesses and the public.
