Connections2energy is pleased to work alongside this long-standing client on their regeneration scheme in Surrey. The 74-acre site will include 125 apartments built around a podium deck, a further standalone five-storey block of 48 apartments all of which will be affordable, sixteen houses, a nursery, community space, a retail shell, and a health centre.
Works also include creating public roads, paths, extensive landscaping, and public realm development. Connections2energy will be facilitating new water connections, diversions, variations, and chlorination.
