Connections2energy is delighted to have delivered a commercial water upgrade to support the sensitive and historically significant conversion of the former HSBC bank, a Grade II listed building with roots stretching back to the mid-1700s.

Following planning approval, the building is being transformed from a vacant former bank into six residential apartments alongside a ground-floor retail and office unit. Our works involved upgrading the water supply infrastructure to meet the demands of multiple commercial lets and residential occupants within a single, complex building all while respecting the constraints of a listed structure in a conservation area.
