Upon completion, the shopping park will be one of the largest schemes of its type in the United Kingdom, spanning over 700,000 sqft.
The site stands on history as the former home of Meccano from 1914 to 1979, which has been commemorated with a 30ft Liver Bird statue, located in the centre of the park.
