Connections2energy are thrilled to be working in collaboration with this client again for a new student accommodation to be built in Sheffield. This 494-bed student accommodation will be made up of 99 apartment clusters, 369 studios and 26 accessible rooms. The building will have between 10 storeys at its lowest point and 27 storeys at its peak.
The tallest building in Sheffield is currently St Paul’s Tower, on Arundel Gate in the city centre, which has 32 storeys meaning the new development our client is building is set to become the city’s second tallest building.
Over the last 9 years, our Major Projects Manager Charlotte and Technical Lead Nicola have worked closely with this client, ensuring their projects had utilities connected on time and within budget.
