A landmark site in South Cambridge has been renovated into 50,000 square feet of high-spec workplaces for businesses. The former tannery dates back to 1887; in 1904, it became a laundry, and now, in 2023, it is a retail and workspace for businesses.
The campus features outdoor seating and offers pedestrian access across the site and vehicular access to the on-site car park. There are high-spec desk spaces, meeting areas, breakout zones and a cafe.
