A landmark site in South Cambridge has been renovated into 50,000 square feet of high-spec workplaces for businesses. The former tannery dates back to 1887, in 1904 it became a laundry and now, in 2023 it is a retail and workspace for businesses.

The campus features outdoor seating and offers pedestrian access across the site and vehicular access to the on-site car park. There are high-spec desk spaces, meeting areas, breakout zones and a cafe.
