Works continue on Omega Warrington after phase 1 and phase 2 completion. The Mountpark Warrington Omega II is a development at the gateway to Omega South comprising three units totalling 736,884 sq ft. Omega is the largest mixed-use development in the Northwest, creating over 24,000 new jobs.
The 1st phase of the development is complete, with Unit 1 (308,182 sq ft) and Unit 2 (203,390 sq ft) let to Gousto and Amazon. Unit 3, totalling 225,527 sq ft has been exchanged.
Connections2energy are delighted to be working alongside this client again, delivering new water and gas connections for the next development phase. 3 units are set to be built across the 5-acre plot with McDonald’s, Lidl and Costa occupying them.
