Connections2energy are delighted to have completed commercial multi-utility connections for a brand-new manufacturing facility in Southend-on-Sea. The unit will be purpose-built for a world-leading aircraft crew seating manufacturer, with customers such as Boeing and Airbus.
The expansion comes less than two years after the company moved into its first 124,000 sq ft purpose-built unit on the site, helping to generate more jobs and drive economic growth.
The business park as a whole has 1 million sq. ft. outline planning permission for flexible business space, including headquarter office buildings, large-scale industrial and warehousing space as well as hotel facilities. It has fantastic connectivity links, located adjacent to Southend Airport and close to major road and rail connections.
