Connections2energy has been appointed to deliver essential gas works as part of a major redevelopment project in Pulborough. The scheme transforms existing buildings into a modern 42‑bedroom care home, supported by 14 assisted care units, 23 close‑care apartments, and a full suite of ancillary accommodation. External works include new landscaping, access improvements and additional car parking, all designed to enhance the site for residents, visitors and staff.

Our role included a commercial gas disconnection, a U100 meter removal, and a complete outlet purge to ensure the site was made fully safe for redevelopment. By managing these specialist works through one coordinated approach, we helped minimise risk, avoid delays and ensure the project could progress smoothly into the construction phase.
