Our Major Projects Manager, Charlotte and Delivery Team Leader, Nicola are delighted to have completed full multi-utility works for a valued client on their new project in Sunderland.
The 30-bed specialist care home will deliver specialist care services to residents with the highest levels of complex mental health needs as well as neuro and physical disability. Residents will benefit from a central therapy room, hair salon, a large accessible garden as well as a visitors suite. The specialist care home also includes a sensory bathroom, dining room, lounge and quiet lounge in each of the 3 units.
