common questions

Multi-utility connections, your questions answered

=
=
What is a multi-utility connection?

A multi-utility connection means having gas, water, electric and telecoms delivered to your development through one coordinated package, managed by a single provider. If your project requires more than one utility, which most do, multi-utility will save you time, reduce programme risk and give you one point of contact throughout.

=
=
How long do multi-utility connections take?

Timescales vary depending on project scale, location and the utilities required. We work to your construction programme from the outset, and your account manager will provide a realistic timeline at the quotation stage. Early engagement, ideally at the planning or pre-construction stage, gives the most programme flexibility.

=
=
Can you manage multi-utility connections for large commercial schemes?

Absolutely. We regularly deliver multi-utility packages for complex commercial projects, including NHS surgery hubs, university campuses, 35-storey residential towers and national hospitality rollouts. There is no project too large or complex for our team.

=
=
Are you accredited?

We hold the following accreditations:

  • ISO9001
  • ISO14001
  • ISO18001
  • Safe Contractor
  • CHAS
  • ConstructionLine Gold

Every contractor we appoint must hold the relevant scheme accreditation NERS for electrical, GIRS for gas, WIRS for water. We verify this before appointment and audit it throughout our working relationship. No exceptions.
