2025 also brought some well-deserved recognition. We were finalists for Lancashire’s Small Business Award, which meant the world to our team. It’s not just about the accolades, it’s about knowing that the hard work, dedication, and care we pour into every project are seen and valued.
Behind every successful connection is our brilliant team, and this year we’ve grown even stronger. We welcomed new faces who’ve already made their mark, and celebrated some significant milestones, including team members reaching their 5-year anniversaries and beyond. We’ve also invested in our future, with certifications spanning PRINCE2 Project Management to Data Analytics and CIMA, ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding service in all areas of our business.
Beyond the day-to-day, we came together for causes that matter, most notably completing the National Three Peaks Challenge and raising £8,672 for Sean’s Place, a men’s mental health charity.
Of course, it hasn’t been all work and no play. Our annual mental health scavenger hunt brought the team together for some fun, laughter, and connection. We’ve also enjoyed numerous quizzes, meals out, and team socials.
We’ve also been busy out in the field networking, visiting sites, and meeting with contractors and clients to strengthen relationships and ensure projects run smoothly. These face-to-face interactions have been invaluable for building trust, sharing ideas, and collaborating.
