Connections2energy are delighted to have completed utility works for a significant refurbishment in Holborn, London. Formerly the home of London Underground Ltd, the 140,000 sq. ft. building will deliver flexible co-working office space with over 2,000 desks.
The 1960’s building is set to include fitness studios, meeting rooms, and ground-floor retail and food outlets.
The building has been specifically designed to increase employment, reduce energy consumption, and ensure the site is utilised to its maximum benefit.
