Connections2energy are thrilled to be working alongside a valued client on their London city centre, Grade II refurbishment project.
The redevelopment of the Grade II listed buildings involves structural alterations and a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment. The project, due to be complete in Q2 2025, will deliver 52,000 sq ft of office space and 9,000 sq ft of retail on the ground floor, targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC B.
Connections2energy will be facilitating utility requirements for this project, including a U65 LP Gas Meter Removal, U40 LP Gas Meter Removal, Gas Disconnection and Electric Connections. Having Connections2energy project manage the utilities for this development ensured the client avoided dealing with multiple companies, benefiting from one point of contact throughout the entirety of their project.
